Thermal challenges overcome: Our wheels really get Ford Racing moving!

As a new wheel partner in motorsport, we are proud to be involved in the further development of the Ford Mustang GT3 – not just as a supplier, but as part of a performance solution that makes the racing car even more competitive. Our specially developed wheels play a key role in the Evo update for the 2026 season: they help to dissipate heat more effectively and control the aerodynamics in the wheel arch, significantly reducing tire wear and thermal stress – a real advantage on demanding race tracks.

In its first year, the challenges facing the Mustang GT3 lay primarily in balancing front downforce and tire management. It was therefore clear that, in addition to aerodynamic measures, technically optimized components that work with pinpoint accuracy were needed. Our wheels were designed precisely for this purpose—with a more open structure for better airflow and reduced heat retention.

The fact that Ford and the Haupt Racing Team continue to focus on further development shows how important it is to combine technical innovation and racing expertise. For us, this means not only supplying parts, but also actively contributing to improving the performance of an iconic GT3 vehicle. And when the Mustang GT3 takes to the track for the first time with our wheel setup, it will be a moment we are all looking forward to.
